RUN YOUR WEBSITE WITH AI · PROMPTS INCLUDED
Change Your Website by Telling Your AI
Your hours changed. Your price went up. You got a review worth bragging about.
On WordPress, that's a login, a plugin update, and a prayer. Or a developer invoice.
Now you just say it. Every prompt on this page is yours to copy.
The Short Answer
Yes, you can run your website with AI. On a JSX site, you tell Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini what to change in plain English. It makes the change in the code, and the change goes live. No dashboard. No plugins. No developer. This page gives you the exact prompts.
Key Takeaways
01. The Dashboard Was Always a Tax
The WordPress dashboard costs you time and money every month, even when you never log in. Most small business sites run $100 to $300 a month just in maintenance (Codeable, 2026).
Here's the loop. You log in. Three plugins want updates. You update one and the contact form breaks. You drag a block in the page builder and the mobile layout falls apart. So you call the developer. He bills an hour.
Most owners don't even know what half their plugins do. Find out in two minutes.
Do this now: audit your plugins
In WordPress, go to Plugins, select all, and copy the list. Paste it into this prompt.
Here is the list of plugins on my WordPress site: [PASTE YOUR PLUGIN LIST]. For each one, tell me in plain English: what it does, whether a small service business actually needs it, and whether it's a known security or speed risk. Then tell me how many of these a custom JSX site would need. Keep it short. No jargon.

02. Your AI Is the Dashboard Now
A JSX site doesn't have an admin panel because it doesn't need one. Your AI does the job the dashboard used to do.
Here's how a change works:
- Say it. "Change our Saturday hours to 8 to 2." "Add this job photo to the roofing gallery." "Put a fall special on the homepage."
- Your AI writes it. Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini makes the change in your site's code.
- It goes live. The update ships. Every change is saved, so any one of them can be rolled back.
The trick is knowing what to ask for. Start by having AI walk you through your own site.
Do this now: get a map of your site
I'm attaching my website file. Walk me through it like I'm the owner, not a developer. List every section on the page in order, what it says, and the exact words I'd use to ask you to change each one. Keep it to one short line per section.
03. Try It Right Now: 5 Prompts
These are the five changes owners ask for most. Copy one, open it in Claude or ChatGPT, attach your site file, and watch it work.
Built your site with my step-by-step guide? It's one file, so these work as written. On The 100K Site, you send the same request and it ships.
Prompt 1. Change your hours
I'm attaching my website file. Change our Saturday hours to [NEW HOURS] everywhere they appear, including the footer, the contact section, and the schema. Don't change anything else. Give me back the complete updated file.
Prompt 2. Add a new service
I'm attaching my website file. Add a new service called [SERVICE NAME]. Write a short section for it that answers, in the first sentence, what it is and who it's for in [CITY]. Match the style of the other service sections exactly. Add it to the menu. Give me back the complete updated file.
Prompt 3. Answer a question your buyers keep asking
I'm attaching my website file. Add this question to the FAQ: "[THE QUESTION BUYERS ASK]". Write the answer in 2 to 3 short sentences, with the direct answer first. Add it to the FAQ schema too, so the visible text and the schema match. Give me back the complete updated file.
Prompt 4. Put up a special
I'm attaching my website file. Add a banner at the top of the homepage that says: "[YOUR SPECIAL]". Make it match the site's colors and make the button call [PHONE NUMBER]. Keep it fast. No new scripts, no new libraries. Give me back the complete updated file.
Prompt 5. Check it before it goes live
I'm attaching my website file. Check it like a strict reviewer. Is anything important hidden until JavaScript runs? Is anything slowing the page down? Does every section open with a direct answer? Is the schema valid? List every problem, then give me back the complete fixed file.
Want to build the whole site this way, step by step, with every prompt? Here's exactly how I build a website with AI.
04. How to Ask So It's Right the First Time
AI does exactly what you say. So the better you say it, the less you fix. Five rules:
- Say where. "In the footer," "on the roofing page," "in the FAQ." Not just "change the hours."
- Say what not to touch. "Don't change anything else" saves you from surprise edits.
- Give the real words. Paste the exact price, phone number, or sentence you want. Don't make it guess.
- Ask for the whole file back. Half a file is how things break.
- Check it on your phone. That's where your buyers are.
Do this now: turn your notes into a clean request
Got a messy list of changes on a napkin or in your texts? Let AI clean it up first.
Here are my rough notes on what I want changed on my website: [PASTE YOUR NOTES]. Turn them into a clear, numbered list of change requests. For each one, say exactly where on the site it goes, the exact new wording, and what should NOT change. Ask me about anything that's unclear before you write the list.
05. Why This Only Works on a JSX Site
AI can edit a JSX site because a JSX site is code, start to finish. Every page is a clean file AI can read, change, and write back.
WordPress isn't built that way. Your content lives in a database. Your layout lives in a page builder. Your features live in plugins written by 20 different companies. Ask an AI to change something and it has to fight all three.
The same thing decides whether ChatGPT can even read your site. Its crawler doesn't run JavaScript. It reads the raw HTML and leaves (Vercel, 2024).
Do this now: the 30-second test
- Open your homepage on a computer.
- Press Ctrl+U (Mac: Cmd+Option+U). That's the raw HTML.
- Press Ctrl+F and search for your phone number, then your main service.
Found both? AI can read your page. Didn't find them? They load after JavaScript runs, and ChatGPT can't see them.
Want a second opinion? Paste what you found into this:
I ran "view source" on my homepage. Here's what I found when I searched for my phone number and my main service: [PASTE WHAT YOU SAW, OR SAY "NOT FOUND"]. In plain English, can AI search engines like ChatGPT read my page? What should I fix first?

06. Don't Want to Touch It? Tell Us.
You never have to open an AI tool if you don't want to. Some owners like running it themselves. Most would rather run their business.
Either way works. Tell us what to change, or tell your AI. Nothing falls on you.
Use the rules in section 04 when you send it to us too. The clearer the request, the faster it's done.
07. The 100K Site
The 100K Site is a pre-built JSX site you can run with AI.
- Loads in about 1.1 to 1.2 seconds on mobile.
- Zero plugins. Nothing to patch.
- Schema on every page, built for Google and AI search.
- Live in 11 days.
The 100K Site is $0 down, $1,500 a month. Hosting, support, website updates, and SEO are all included. At month 24, the site and the code are yours.
Want to own it sooner? Move up an SEO tier and it's yours in 18 months. Go Balls Out and it's yours in 12. Add Google Ads or Social and The 100K Site comes with it on the same 24 months.
Shopping around? Good. Hold every quote to the same test, including mine.
Do this now: grill any website quote
Here is a website quote I got: [PASTE THE QUOTE]. List every cost that is NOT included over the next 24 months: hosting, maintenance, plugin or app fees, security, updates, and SEO. Tell me who owns the code and the domain at the end. Then list 5 questions I should ask before I sign.
- Full custom JSX build. Blazing speed. Zero vulnerabilities.
- SEO + AEO + GEO + voice search from day one
- We host, monitor, and support everything
- Unlimited updates within 2 business days. Just email them over.
- Looks and performs like a 100K site. Because it is one.
08. Live in 11 Days
The 100K Site goes from kickoff to live in 11 days. The fastest part of that is you showing up ready.
Have these before day 1:
- Your logo, in the best file you've got.
- 10 to 20 real photos of your work, your crew, your trucks.
- Your services, and the cities you cover.
- Your best 3 to 5 reviews, word for word.
- The 5 questions buyers ask you most on the phone.
Do this now: build your kickoff brief
Interview me to build a one-page brief for my website. Ask me one question at a time, and wait for my answer. Cover: what I sell, who my best customers are, where I work, what makes me different, my prices or price ranges, my best reviews, and the questions buyers ask most. At the end, give me the brief as a clean one-page summary.
09. What Else Comes Built In
Every 100K Site ships with tools that turn a visitor into a call, not just a page to read. Pick the ones your buyer needs.
Do this now: find the tool your site is missing
I run a [TYPE OF BUSINESS] in [CITY]. My buyers usually ask about [PRICE / TIMING / WHAT'S INCLUDED / SOMETHING ELSE] before they call. Suggest 3 interactive tools for my website that would answer that question and get them to call, like a quote calculator, a service finder, or a booking tool. For each, say what it asks the buyer and what it shows them.
10. When a Dashboard Is Better
A dashboard still wins for some people. I'll say it.
If you've got five writers who each need their own login, WordPress handles that. If you love dragging blocks around a page yourself, a visual builder is more fun.
Not sure which one you are? Ask.
Do this now: should you stay on WordPress?
Help me decide if I should stay on WordPress or move to a custom JSX site. Ask me these one at a time: how many people edit my site, how often I post new content, how many plugins I run, what I pay per month to keep it running, and whether my site brings in calls or just sits there. Then give me a straight recommendation with your reasons. If WordPress is the better fit for me, say so.
But if you just want the site to say the right thing, look sharp, and ring the phone, you don't need a dashboard. You need to say what you want and have it done.
11. I Run My Own Sites This Way
I moved my own site off a dying WordPress stack. All 1,387 posts. Now my updates and blog posts go live through AI, not a dashboard.
281 JSX builds later, I don't miss the login screen.

FAQ
Can I edit my website with ChatGPT?
Yes, if your site is a JSX site. You tell ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini what to change in plain English, and it makes the change in the code. WordPress sites can't be run this way, because content, layout, and features are split across a database, a page builder, and plugins.
What's the best prompt to update my website with AI?
Say exactly where the change goes, give the exact new wording, say what not to touch, and ask for the complete file back. Example: "Change our Saturday hours to 8 to 2 in the footer and contact section. Don't change anything else. Give me back the complete updated file."
Can ChatGPT read my website?
Only what's in the raw HTML. Press Ctrl+U on your homepage and search for your phone number. If it's not there, ChatGPT's crawler can't see it, because it doesn't run JavaScript (Vercel, 2024).
Do I need a CMS for a React site?
No. A CMS was how non-coders edited websites. On a JSX site, your AI does that job. You say what to change and it ships.
Is it safe to let AI edit my website?
Every change is saved, so any change can be rolled back. And a JSX site has no plugins and no admin login for a hacker to go after.
How much does The 100K Site cost?
$0 down, $1,500 a month. Hosting, support, website updates, and SEO are all included. You own the site and the code at month 24.
How long does it take to build?
11 days from kickoff to live.
Your website should work for you, not the other way around.
Say what you want. It's done. See yours running before you commit.
