Terms of Service
Last updated: April 24, 2026
These terms govern the services provided by Small Business SEO. For details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
Services
Small Business SEO provides month-to-month, 6-month, yearly and hourly services. From time to time we may change or modify our services offering to better the product and make things more efficient. In the case that your package is changed and you prefer to have the services previously agreed upon, Small Business SEO will provide those services for you. If you purchase a 6-month prepay package at the end of the 6-month term, your services will continue monthly at the monthly package price until canceled, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you would like to prepay for another 6 months to take advantage of the discount, you can do so at any time.
Website Package Scope and Custom Pricing
The standard website package covers a site of up to fifty (50) pages. Any website requiring more than fifty (50) pages falls outside the scope of the standard package. Client must contact Small Business SEO prior to commencement of work to arrange a custom-scope engagement and receive a written custom quote for the additional pages. Work on pages beyond the standard fifty-page limit will not begin without a separately executed agreement.
Delivery of website services requires that the Client hold active accounts with Anthropic Claude, Vercel, and GitHub. If the Client does not hold existing accounts, Small Business SEO will assist with account setup on the Client’s behalf. The subscription or usage fees charged directly by those platforms are separate from and are not included in the Small Business SEO package price. Client is solely responsible for any such third-party account costs.
Lease-to-Own Payment Schedule
Clients who select the lease-to-own option agree to the following payment schedule: a down payment of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) due at signing, followed by thirty-six (36) consecutive monthly installments of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) each. The total contract value under this payment structure is thirty-nine thousand dollars ($39,000.00).
By selecting the lease-to-own option, Client agrees to the full payment schedule set forth above. The down payment does not constitute a partial or limited engagement; Client is obligated for the complete schedule of payments upon execution of this option. Monthly payments are due on the same calendar date each month as the initial down payment, unless otherwise specified in a signed addendum.
Website Update Policy
Website updates are scheduled according to available production capacity and the technical scope of each request. Nothing in the service agreement, whether verbal or written, implies unlimited updates or same-day turnaround. Update frequency and scheduling are determined by Small Business SEO based on realistic production capacity at the time of each request.
Large-batch update requests (including, by way of example, multiple simultaneous gallery uploads, page-wide content revisions, or multi-section layout changes) require a minimum of several business days to complete. For each batch of updates submitted, Small Business SEO will provide the Client with a written estimated completion date. Client acknowledges that this estimate reflects good-faith production planning and is subject to revision if the scope of the batch request changes.
Initial Build and Go-Live Timeline
The initial website build and public go-live will be completed within eleven (11) business days from the confirmed project kickoff date. This timeline is contingent on the timely delivery by Client of all required content, images, branding assets, and account access credentials. Delays in Client-provided materials will extend the go-live timeline on a day-for-day basis, and Small Business SEO shall not be held responsible for any resulting delay in launch.
