What does a website actually cost?
Two ways to own it. Lease To Own is $3,000 down, then $1,000 a month, 36 payments, $39,000 total. The down payment credits toward buying it out. Own It Outright is $30,000 flat. One payment to own it outright. Search, AI, content, support and security come with both.
How long does it take to build?
Eleven business days from kickoff to live. Research days 1 and 2, message days 2 and 3, build days 3 to 6, you drive the demo days 7 and 8, revisions days 9 and 10, launch day 11.
Who owns the site when it is done?
Depends which way you go. On the buy out, the site and the code files are yours up front and you can host it anywhere. On Lease To Own, we hold the code and the site during the term. Once you finish your final payment you own it and the files transfer to you, and you keep SEO, maintenance, hosting and support at a lower cost if you want it. We keep the copyright on the copy, the blog content and the design, and that is in the terms. We never hold logins hostage and we never remove or undo work you paid for.
Are these really built with AI?
Yes. AI writes the code and it writes it fast. The difference is that Pete has been building sites for 25 years and codes in 11 languages, so every line gets read by somebody who knows when it is wrong. Speed without that is how you end up with a site nobody can fix.
Why zero plugins?
There were 11,334 WordPress vulnerabilities disclosed in 2025 and 91% of them came from plugins. Nothing on your build is a plugin, so there is nothing to patch and nothing to exploit.
Can you build a tool specific to my business?
That is the whole point. Calculators, quizzes, finders, live maps, booking, AI chat, before and after sliders, configurators. Every build on the wall above has at least one, and every one of them is different.
What if I need a change after launch?
Just send it over. Changes, updates and additions are included at no cost on Lease To Own. On the buy out, our support package covers them. No ticket system, no change-order invoice, no waiting on a developer to have a slot.
Do you do SEO too, or just the build?
Both, but they are separate. Every build ships with schema, AEO structure and loads averaging about 1.1 to 1.2 seconds on day one. Ongoing SEO is $1,000 a month with no contract if you want it.
Do I need a website for SEO?
if your website isn't built in JSX and is on an outdated platform like WordPress, Godaddy, Wix, Shopify or such, we recommend a fresh build. Those outdated platforms can not compete with an AI build on speed, quality, or conversions.

Who do you work with?

Do you build ecommerce stores?
We would rather not build ecommerce stores. We can do payments and checkouts, just not full online stores. If you need to take money on your site, that is no problem. If you need a full catalog with inventory and shipping rules, we are not the right shop for it.
