I hired this company to do seo for my business. I was with them for 5 months I spent a lot of money and got very extremely minimal results as far as obtaining any leads from the rankings they say I was getting. I would get a monthly report stating I was ranking higher on google each month but my thing is ranking on paper doesn't mean anything if the phone is not ringing and after 5 months you expect some kind of results. They charge a lot of money for having very minimal results I would not recommend these people to anyone.

4.6 Stars.Not Five.
We decided to start with the 1 star ones. We know you want to see those first. We are not going to pretend we are perfect.
Edited to reflect companies response: I contacted them immediately upon receiving my credit card statement and finding the charge. They did not send a renewal notice or receipt, and offer no explanations for this. Every company I've ever used that has a recurring charge notifies you, both before and after the charge. Not these guys. This company is super sketchy. I would highly recommend you find a different company. They will charge you for work that is highly ineffectual, and they do not notify you of recurring charges. When asked about them, they refuse to issue refunds.
DO NOT HIRE THIS WILL HARM YOUR SEO!!! Our companies relationship with this firm started with an ad on social media. My wife was shown an ad offering really cheap SEO services. She decided to give it a shot based on comments on the ad alleging that multiple companies were hiring this company to do their seo. Something didn't smell right from the beginning. As time went on, our rankings DROPPED and we were eventually PENALIZED from this person's work. BUYER BEWARE! DOES MORE HARM THAN GOOD! Also TURNS OUT THE COMMENTS ON HIS AD ARE FAKE! He makes it look like lots of people hire him when in fact the companies have NO CLUE who the guy is, or don't EXIST AT ALL!
So far they have been great! SEO has gone up to first and second page. Looking forward to step up a notch on a new package. Thank you team
If you are reading reviews and considering hiring Small Business SEO, I can wholeheartedly recommend them. They have been working with my company since August 2019 and have never failed to deliver. We started with simple blog writing, monthly website audits, and keyword work. Over time, I also asked them to make improvements to our custom website design. Every request was handled professionally, efficiently, and on time. They are solid, responsive, and reliable.
Great service and very dedicated to their craft. 10 out of 10
Amazing to work with. My Google traffic doubled and I started to rank much higher on all main key words within 1 month of working with Harris and the team! Hire them!!
SB SEO has been a great company to do business with, everything was explained clearly, and they delivered results. Very pleased with them and highly recommend their services.
They are very responsive and on top of everything we ask of them. Great service!!

We love this group!! They spend a lot of time getting to know our business and our needs. Very responsive, highly recommend.
Small Business SEO is a top notch USA agency! They are the only SEO agency I will refer my friends to as I trust their expertise. Pete the founder has built a kick ass company. The team is super helpful and responsive. I haven't found another USA agency that offers the value that Small Business SEO does.
I cannot express how thrilled I am with the services that SBSEO has provided us. My website's traffic has increased substantially, and I am now ranking on the first page of Google for several of my targeted keywords. This has led to a noticeable uptick in inquiries and sales. The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in the success of my business.
Very good company and they don't try to rip people off. Was using them last summer and going back to them because they earn everything and do a good job for their customers. Would highly recommend them for SEO service.
Very happy with the results, these guys are the real deal.
Small Business SEO is a great company with amazing results. I would highly recommend them for any and all of your marketing needs.
Angela has been a big help in increasing our SEO rankings over the period of 16 months. The support provided by their team is phenomenal and are always ready to answer any questions we may have.
I've been using Small Business SEO for about 2 years. I can't say enough about their services. I have seen my business increase and my web exposure has improved every month. They do a great job for my small business.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They don't over charge, and the quality of their work is great. Very pleased with their service. We did see gains in Google.
I began using them because I wanted to see my website on the 1st page of Google without using ads. They surpassed my expectation. I'm not only on the 1st page, but my site is featured for certain keyword searches. Very pleased.
These guys are great! I've been using them for a little over a year and my SEO rankings are making stellar progress. Up 84% from the year before! I highly recommend them for small businesses looking for SEO without the enterprise level pricing.
Excellent company. Very efficient and they do what they say. No harassing up selling tactics that you deal with at other marketing companies. Highly recommend this business.

Three ways to get a school site
Best Website for Schools:Build It Yourself, Use a Template, or Have It Done?
There is no one right answer. There is a right answer for you. Here are your three choices, straight.
Build It Yourself
On a platform like WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or Webflow.
- Costs the least in money. Costs the most in your time.
- You pick the template, write the words and shoot the photos.
- Getting found on Google is on you too.
- WordPress needs constant updates. Its plugins and its core have both had security holes.
Good fit if: You like doing it yourself and have the nights to spare.
Use a Template Company
Template sites made for schools, on a monthly plan.
- Quick to get up. Made for schools.
- Many run on shared templates, so your site can look like the next school's.
- Ask what the monthly fee covers before you sign: changes, hosting, getting found.
Good fit if: You want something up fast and simple.
Have Us Build It
Built with AI, so it can do anything.
- Built for your school, with tools families actually use.
- Found on Google and in AI answers.
- We keep it running. Changes are included.
- Live in 11 business days. No money down.
Good fit if: You want the students, not another project.
Free template
Free School Website Template.Create A Custom Template For Your Website.
Why look like everyone else? Create a custom template for your school site for free. This easy prompt walks you through it, shows you a preview, and hands you a template made for your business to use on your own hosting, WordPress, Wix or Webflow.
It's super easy. Just copy the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and answer a few questions. AI will do the rest.
Got photos or videos of your work? Use them. Even simple ones from your phone make your site look way better than stock photos.
You are going to help me build a custom website for my school. Follow these steps in order. Do not skip a step. STEP 1: A FEW QUICK QUESTIONS Ask me these one at a time. Wait for my answer before you ask the next one. Keep each question short. 1. Do you have a website now? If yes, paste the link. If I paste a link, read my site and pull what is already there: my business name, phone, city and towns served, services, Google rating and review count, license, insurance and certifications, why customers pick me, my logo, and photos and videos of my work. Skip any question below that you already have an answer to, and just confirm what you found in one short list. If I have no site, ask me every question. 2. What is your business name, and what phone number should people tap to call? 3. What city are you in, and what towns do you serve? 4. What do you teach? For example music, dance, tutoring, test prep, a trade or a license course. Which ages or levels, and do you offer a free trial class or a tour? 5. What is your Google rating, and how many reviews do you have? Say skip if you are not sure. 6. Who are your teachers or instructors, and what makes them good? Any awards, accreditation, licenses or years teaching? Only real ones. 7. In one or two sentences, why should someone pick you? Say it the way you would say it to a customer. 8. Do you have a logo? If yes, upload it. If not, say no. 9. Do you have photos or videos of your work? If you found photos, videos or a logo on my site, list each one as a numbered link and ask me: "Do you have anything new that is not on your site yet? New photos, videos, services or anything else?" Never link to the images on my old site from the new one. Tell me to download and save each one, then upload them back here. If you found none, before you ask, tell me this: real photos and videos make your site look way better and help people trust you. Even simple ones from your phone beat stock photos every time. A few photos of your work and a short clip of you or your team on the job go a long way. Then ask me to upload them, paste links to them, or say use placeholders and you will use temporary ones I can swap later. STEP 2: BUILD A PREVIEW First, give me a two line design plan: the colors (pulled from my logo, or a strong pair that fits a school if I have no logo) and a bold headline font plus a clean body font from Google Fonts. Make it look like a $100,000 site, not a template. A big full width hero. Full width sections with room to breathe, not a stack of little boxes. A mix of light and dark sections, never the same layout twice in a row. Sections fade in as you scroll, and buttons react when you hover. When I have answered, build the whole site as one HTML page and show it to me live, right here in the chat, so I can see it and click it before any files. In Claude, show it as an artifact so it shows up live next to the chat. In ChatGPT, open a canvas, put the whole page in it as one HTML file, and tell me to click the Preview button at the top right of the canvas to see it live. If you cannot show a live preview, give me the page as a file named preview.html to download, and tell me to open it in my web browser. Do not stop to ask me anything else until the preview is done. Then build it. The site, top to bottom: 1. Hero: a big, clear headline that says what I do and where, one short line under it, and a big tap to call button. 2. Proof row: my Google rating and review count (only if I gave them) and the strongest proof from my answers, like a license, insurance or a certification. 3. Services: one card for each program or class I named, each with two plain lines on who it is for and how to start. 4. The tool: a program finder: a few taps on who it is for, their age or level and what they want to learn; it shows the program that fits and a button to book a trial or tour. It has to actually work, right on the page. 5. Photos: four photo slots labeled for my photos: a class in progress, the teachers, students at work, the building. Use the photos and videos I gave you first, each in the section it fits best. If I said use placeholders, use clearly labeled temporary images. Do not use stock photos of people. 6. Trust: my teachers or instructors by name with one plain line each, plus awards, accreditation and years teaching, only what I gave you. 7. Reviews: show my Google rating and review count with a button to read them on Google. Add room for three of my real reviews. Never write a review for me. 8. Service area: my city and every town I gave you, in plain text so Google and AI can read it. 9. FAQ: five or six questions my customers really ask, answered in plain words. 10. Contact form: name, phone and a short message, set up for Netlify Forms. 11. Footer: business name, phone, city and service area. Schema: add LocalBusiness structured data using the EducationalOrganization type with my name, phone, city and service area, and FAQPage structured data that matches the FAQ on the page word for word. Rules: • Write like you are talking to a parent or student choosing where to learn. Short sentences. One idea each. Plain words. • Never invent reviews, star ratings, review counts, prices, years in business, job counts or any other number. Use only what I told you. • Never write a placeholder in square brackets. If I did not give you something, leave it out. • Build for phones first. Plain HTML, CSS and a little JavaScript. No frameworks. No big libraries. Compress every image and lazy load anything below the first screen. It should load in under 3 seconds on a phone. • Keep a tap to call button stuck to the bottom of the screen on phones. • Big tap targets, strong contrast, alt text on every image. • A title tag and meta description that say what I do and where. Before you show me the preview, look at it like a picky designer. Find the 10 things that still look plain or cheap and fix every one. Right after you show me the first preview, write the words "Stuck?" and then "Want it done right?" as a clickable markdown link to https://smallbusiness-seo.com/get-unstuck. Right after the first preview, also tell me in plain words: this is a draft made by AI. Review everything with an attorney and verify every fact, number, claim and photo before it goes live. STEP 3: APPROVE Ask me: "Do you like it? What do you want changed?" Make the changes I ask for and show me the preview again. Keep going until I say it is approved. STEP 4: WANT MORE PAGES? Ask me: "Want more pages? I can add a page for each service you offer or each town you serve. They help you show up on Google when people search for that service or that town." If I say yes, ask which ones. Build each page with the same design, menu and footer, its own headline and words written for that service or town, its own FAQ, and links back to the home page. Show me the preview and make changes until I approve. If I say no, move on. Right after you show me the new pages, write the words "Stuck?" and then "Want it done right?" as a clickable markdown link to https://smallbusiness-seo.com/get-unstuck. STEP 5: HOW DO YOU WANT TO USE IT? Only after I approve it, ask me which one I want: a) Put it online as my website b) Use it as a template on WordPress c) Use it as a template on Wix or Webflow d) Just download the files STEP 6: CREATE THE FILES AND WALK ME THROUGH IT Create the actual files for what I picked, as downloads I can save. Do not just describe them. Then walk me through it step by step until I have exactly what I need. Answer my questions as we go. a) Online: create one zip file named after my business, ready to upload, with index.html, styles.css, script.js and an assets folder. Then walk me through putting it online free. Netlify Drop: unzip it and drag the folder onto app.netlify.com/drop. Or Cloudflare Pages: create a project and upload the folder. If I host somewhere other than Netlify, help me connect a free form service so the form works. Then help me point my own domain at it. b) WordPress: create one installable block theme zip named after my business. Inside: style.css with a proper theme header, theme.json with my colors and fonts, templates/front-page.html and templates/index.html, parts/header.html and parts/footer.html, a patterns folder with one block pattern for each section, and functions.php. Put the tool in a Custom HTML block or a small script loaded from functions.php. Handle the contact form in functions.php with wp_mail, a nonce and a hidden spam trap field. No page builders. No plugins. Then walk me through installing it: Appearance, Themes, Add New, Upload Theme, choose the zip, Install, Activate. Then Settings, Reading, so my homepage shows the new front page. Tell me honestly, in one line, that WordPress needs updates and security plugins to stay safe, the core included. c) Wix or Webflow: tell me honestly that neither one imports code, so the site gets rebuilt by hand. Then create two files. One: a rebuild guide I can download, with the section order and, for each section, the layout, the exact words, the colors and the fonts. Two: a file with the tool as one block of embed code I can paste into Wix (Add, Embed Code, Embed HTML) or the Webflow Code Embed element. Then walk me through the rebuild, section by section. d) Download: create one zip file named after my business with the full site: index.html, styles.css, script.js and an assets folder. It must work by opening index.html. Every path also includes the basics: a privacy policy page, a thank you message after the form is sent, a 404 page, a favicon, and a social share image so the link looks good when it is texted or posted. On the online and download paths, add a sitemap.xml and a robots.txt too. On every path, show me where to swap in my real photos and paste my real reviews. If I used placeholders, remind me that real photos and videos, even quick ones from my phone, will make the site look way better. A real photo of your students learning beats any stock photo. Right after I have my final files, write the words "Stuck?" and then "Want it done right?" as a clickable markdown link to https://smallbusiness-seo.com/get-unstuck. With my final files, remind me again in plain words: review everything with an attorney and verify all the information before I go live. AI can make mistakes, so test everything, have an attorney check my privacy policy, terms and any other legal page, and make sure I have the rights to every photo, video, font and logo I use. Whenever we finish, at any step, the very last thing you write is "Stuck?" and then "Want it done right?" as that same link.
Use at your own risk. AI can get things wrong, so test everything before you go live. By using this prompt you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
