What To Expect

Our process is different then you are probably used to. We are confident in our approach and our process is setup to save you time and money.

We will complete all the work and submit it to you about 4-5 days before your next bill date. The only completed item you will receive prior is your article. Your report will show the completed social shares and your ranking report comparing to your baseline.

  • Week 1 – Keyword research, baseline run, blog started, social shares started, citations started.
  • Week 2 – Work week
  • Week 3 – Onsite work complete, article sent for approval
  • Week 4 – Post blog to site, send monthly report.
  • Month 2 and on – We repeat the process, sending you detailed reporting showing improvements!
  • Most of our communication will be automatic updates, this helps us keep our costs down for you and allows us to focus on working.

If you prefer not to use your address you can choose to get 1 additional blog, additional onsite work or extra social shares. However, keep in mind It does greatly build trust with Google to have an address listed even though you might only be an online business.  

To streamline our processes and save you money we typically consolidate all communications into 2-3 emails per month these emails include your article, a link to your article once it is posted and 4-5 days before your next billing an email with your report and completed work.

You also will receive automated emails weekly for the first 8 months to let you know where were are in the process.

You can expect us to log into your website 2-3 times a month max.  We will log in to do the onsite work, post the blog and test logins.  

We will add your article to your existing blog. if you do not have a blog set up on your site we will add this as an additional page on your website for search engines to crawl.

If you would like for us to add a blog to your website you can place your order here. We will have a blog set up for you within 10 business days.

If you don’t have a blog – no worries. We can set on up for you or we can post your content as a live page on your site for Google and other search engines to crawl. Both are great for SEO, however, it is nice to have a place, like a blog, for your customers to engage more with your brand.
